Specifically designed to support smaller production levels, building sizes and equipment options include: S/2,500 Case Production; M/5,000 Case Production and L/10,000 Case Production. Utilizing a 60% red / 40% white winemaking model, the carefully conceived plans efficiently support smaller production levels while also being able to accommodate incremental expansion in the future.

ACCOMMODATING DIFFERENT VARIETALS + WINE-MAKING PRACTICES
Recognizing that each winery will utilize different varietals, wine-making practices, equipment and process technology, First Press Winery offers an appropriate middle ground – meeting the foundational needs of a small winery.
DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF TANK LAYOUTS + SIZES
The three different variations of tank layouts and sizes (S/M/L), also allow for “stock” customization to meet individual needs. Designs assume closed-top fermentors, yet each layout can also be easily modified for open-top tanks and punch-down equipment. Storage needs are calculated for 100% of the wines to go into barrels and 30% of the reds to be aged for 2-years.
